GOCONS PARTICIPATED IN THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF APEC MADALA WYNDHAM MUI NE PROJECT

On the morning of May 29, 2020 in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, the Investor IDJ Investment Joint Stock Company, the General Contractor Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, and the Structural Contractor GOCONS Company solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Apec Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne Resort Project.

Apec Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne is a high-end Condotel apartment project on DT716 Street, Hoa Thang Commune – Mui Ne, Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province. Apec Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne is planned to be a 5-star hotel complex with a project scale of up to 4.5 hectares with 2,772 apartments, a 1,200m2 commercial center, a 3,600m2 event area & villa construction land. The project is invested by Apec Group.

In this project, GOCONS is the general contractor for the Ruby Tower structure, with a height of 27 floors.

With the scorching sun, the unseasonal rains seem not to hinder the youthful energy of the ALC boys in this project. With more than 2 months of construction, it has been proven that We always uphold the spirit of courage, determined to bring the project to a successful finish line.
