GOCONS PARTICIPATED IN THE GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF PLAZA NGUYEN HONG APARTMENT PROJECT – Go Vap
On the morning of September 28, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of CT Plaza Nguyen Hong project took place successfully at No. 18 Nguyen Hong Street (adjacent to Pham Van Dong – Le Quang Dinh roundabout). Nguyen Hong, Ward 1, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City. The ceremony was attended by the Investor Nguyen Hong Joint Stock Company, the Main Contractor Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, the Subcontractor GOCONS Company, the Consulting Unit and important partners participating in the project.
The total planned land area of CT Plaza Nguyen Hong project is 3,403m2, the construction area is 1,822m2, the construction density is 53%. The total construction floor area is 36,123m2. The green and traffic area is 1,581m2.
