GOCONS TOPLEASE TOWER H8 – U35 VINHOMES SMART CITY PROJECT (Tay Mo)

On the afternoon of December 2, 2019, Newtecons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and ALC Construction Investment Company Limited successfully organized the Topping Out Ceremony – Vinhome Smart City Project (Tay Mo). The ceremony was attended by the Investor – Vingroup Corporation, representatives of Newtecons General Contractor, GOCONS Contractor and distinguished guests who attended the event.

Vinhomes Smart City Tay Mo Dai Mo project is located at a prime location at the intersection between Thang Long Boulevard and National Highway 70, less than 5km from the National Convention Center, on the land belonging to Dai Mo and Tay Mo wards, Nam Tu Liem district.

In this project, ALC undertook the construction of H8-U35 tower with a scale of 1 basement, 35 floors, 1 attic, 1 roof, the scale of work includes the construction of all underground and body structure items.

Representative of GOCONS Executive Board, Mr. Nguyen Khac Nhat – Project Manager shared that the project was highly requested by the Investor in terms of technique, progress and construction quality. With high determination and solidarity, the Executive Board members completed the project on schedule. To achieve today’s results are the hard work of the engineers – supervisors, overcoming stressful pressure to complete the project progress.
